New customers placing
their first order with us and having the order shipped to an address that is
different than billing address, are required to fax a copy of the front and
back side of their credit card to 808 871-6943, attention: Orders.
We offer two levels of shipping service for Domestic Orders: Ground & Air.

Ground orders received by
We offer two levels
of shipping service for Canada & US Territory Orders: Ground & Air. See
Canadian and US Territory Shipping Rates for specific cost, delivery times
and restrictions.
Canadian and US Territory orders ship within 24 hours. If your order must
arrive on a specific date, please call or email
us. If there are backordered items, the order will be held and shipped when
all backordered items are in stock, unless other arrangements are made with us.
You will be notified of any backordered items. Custom duties, tariffs and/or
import taxes are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of
the party placing the order.
All Canadian and US Territory orders must meet the following requirements in
order for them to be processed.
- Orders placed with a credit card will be shipped to
the billing address only, unfortunately no
exceptions can be made.
- The card holder must:

We offer two levels
of shipping service for International Orders: Sea Delivery & Air Delivery.
See International Shipping Rates for estimated costs, delivery times and
additional restrictions. Please Note: all International Air and Kiteboard rates are estimates only. Air and Kiteboard shipping charges are determined by the overall
weight of the package and insurance costs.
International orders ship
within 24-48 hours. If your order must arrive on a specific date, please call

International Orders
Orders delivered to a
Hawaiian address are charged sales tax of 4.166% of merchandise total,
excluding shipping costs. Sales tax is not charged on your order if your
billing address is in
Credit
Card and Check Card
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express credit cards; Visa or MasterCard debit cards; or
Visa or MasterCard ATM cards. If you prefer not using your credit card on our
secure server please call
us to place your order by phone.
Checks and Money Orders
Checks or postal
money orders are accepted as payment for orders sent by mail. The check or
money order must be denominated in US dollars and drawn on a
SurfMaui.com
Mail Order
Paying by check can slow
down your order. In some cases check orders may be held until funds are
verified.
